These Terms of Use govern your use of teio.ai (the “Site”), operated by teio, Corp. (“teiō,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover the website only. Services we deliver to clients, and the client portal at portal.teio.ai, are governed by our Master Services Agreement and the Order Form a client signs. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- break or try to break the Site’s security, or access parts of it you are not meant to;
- overload or disrupt the Site, including through automated requests at a volume a person would not make;
- copy the Site’s content in bulk, including to build a dataset or train a model, without our written permission;
- submit information that is false, that is not yours to share, or that contains malicious code;
- use the Site to send spam or to harass anyone.
Our content
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, software screens and the teiō name and logo, belongs to teiō or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or republish it beyond that without our written permission.
What you send us
When you book a call, subscribe to our newsletter or write to us, you agree that the information you give is accurate and yours to share. Do not send confidential information through the Site; anything confidential belongs under a signed agreement. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We may decline, move or cancel a booking. Newsletter emails start only after you confirm your subscription, and every one carries a link to unsubscribe.
No professional advice
The Site describes our services, past work and how we run our own company. It is general information, not legal, financial, investment or technical advice for your situation, and it is not a promise of any particular result. Case studies describe outcomes that depended on each client’s circumstances.
Other websites
The Site links to websites we do not control, including EaseIn.ai and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, teiō will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover teiō for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date; using the Site after that means you accept the update. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Questions go to hello@teio.ai.
