This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on teio.ai, operated by teio, Corp. (“teiō,” “we”). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal information more broadly, and our Terms of Use. The client portal at portal.teio.ai sets its own sign-in cookies, described in the Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way. We call them all cookies here.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
teio-consent (local storage, kept until you clear it). Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask on every page. It holds only that answer.
Analytics, only if you accept
ph_<project key>_posthog (cookie and local storage, 1 year). Set by PostHog, our analytics provider, through our own address k.teio.ai. It gives your browser a random identifier so we can count visits and see which pages are read and which links are clicked. We do not record your screen. If you later book a call or subscribe, the analytics from your visit may be linked to the details you gave us so we can see which pages led to the conversation. PostHog stores this data in the United States.
Until you accept, no analytics code loads and no analytics cookie is set.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party pixels. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Your choices
You can change your choice at any time with , also in the footer of every page. Declining stops analytics and removes its identifier from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.
Changes and contact
If we add a cookie, we will update this page and its effective date, and ask again where your consent is needed. Questions go to hello@teio.ai.
