A grain trader cut a two-hour document check to ten minutes and skipped the tool it was about to buy
Over 100 checks run in about ten minutes, with a person verifying exceptions before approval. The company did not buy the tool.
Every shipment comes with documents that must agree with each other before a bank releases payment. A wrong date or a party name spelled two ways holds up the money. The company was about to spend several hundred thousand dollars a year on off-the-shelf comparison software that covered most of the job. It built an operator application instead.
Two use cases, one system
Contract comparison: the desk compares a draft against the signed version, or two contracts that should mirror each other. Every difference is numbered, shown with the wording from each side, summarised and located in both documents.
Letter of credit checks: the AI reads the bank's conditions and generates a checklist an operator can correct. A combined PDF of supporting documents is split and classified automatically. Results land in three groups: passed, failed with confidence, and uncertain for a person to review.
